TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Before you place an order, please read the following terms & conditions carefully:

 

Despite putting a lot of work and care in taking pictures, please note that the colour of physical items can vary slightly from the colour you see on your computer screen.

 

PROCESSING TIME
When you place an order in the webshop, the item(s) will be shipped to you within 1 to 3 business days, unless different processing times are mentioned on the detail page of a product.
For custom orders, different processing times apply. For more information: contact me at hello@acie.be or by filling up the contact form.

 

 

DELIVERY
The order will be shipped out via a valid parcel service provider or postal service (usually BPost, PostNL or DPD). Delivery time depends on the provider, and the country of destination.

 

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
ACIE is not responsible for any customs and/or import taxes that may apply. This is the responsibility of the buyer.
ACIE is not responsible for any possible delays due to customs, or for any damage that may occur during delivery.

 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If the customer is not happy with one or more items they have received, the customer must:

• contact me at hello@acie.be or fill up the contact form within 14 days after delivery
• send the item(s) back within 30 days of delivery

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
If the item(s) is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value. If this is the case, the purchase price will not (completely or at all, depending on the damage) be refunded.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS
The buyer can cancel an order for as long as it has not been shipped.
To cancel an order, the buyer must send an e-mail to hello@acie.be or fill up the contact form.
If the order has already been shipped, the buyer needs to follow the steps listed under RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.

ACIE does NOT accept cancellations of custom or personalized orders.

 

 

PRIVACY
Certain personal data (name, address, e-mail address, payment details, and order details) are necessary to ensure a smooth transaction. Furthermore, the buyer can choose to share other details for custom orders.
These details/data are used ONLY for the order the buyer placed.
